📦 Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all locations within Bangladesh.
Customers from outside Bangladesh can place orders for their friends and family in Bangladesh — we’ll deliver it fresh, as a special gift!

💸 What payment methods do you accept?

  • bKash

  • Nagad

  • Rocket

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (Only inside Dhaka)

🚚 How does delivery work?

  • Inside Dhaka: Cash on Delivery available

  • Outside Dhaka: Minimum ৳1000 advance payment required

  • Remote areas: Full payment required if delivery is via bus service

🔁 Can I return or get a refund?
Yes, if:

  • The fish is spoiled/damaged upon arrival

  • Wrong product or quantity is delivered

  • Part of your order is missing

🕒 Complaints must be submitted within 3 hours of receiving the delivery, with photo or video proof.
We’ll offer refund or replacement after verification.

🎁 Can I send fish as a gift from abroad?
Absolutely! You can place an order from anywhere in the world. We'll deliver fresh fish to your recipient inside Bangladesh as a thoughtful, unique gift.
