📦 Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all locations within Bangladesh.
Customers from outside Bangladesh can place orders for their friends and family in Bangladesh — we’ll deliver it fresh, as a special gift!

The fish is spoiled/damaged upon arrival

Wrong product or quantity is delivered

Part of your order is missing
🕒 Complaints must be submitted within 3 hours of receiving the delivery, with photo or video proof.
We’ll offer refund or replacement after verification.
🎁 Can I send fish as a gift from abroad?
Absolutely! You can place an order from anywhere in the world. We'll deliver fresh fish to your recipient inside Bangladesh as a thoughtful, unique gift.
