1. Where does Fish Vally deliver?
We deliver to all areas within Bangladesh.
Customers from anywhere in the world can place an order for their loved ones in Bangladesh, and we’ll deliver the fish fresh and safely to their doorstep or nearest pickup point.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, but only for customers within Dhaka city.

For deliveries outside Dhaka, you must pay a minimum of ৳1000 in advance.

If delivery is by bus to remote areas, full payment is required in advance.
3. Do you deliver outside of Bangladesh?
No, we only deliver inside Bangladesh.
However, international customers can place orders to send fresh fish as a gift to their family or friends in Bangladesh.
4. How fresh is the fish?
Our fish comes directly from local fishermen’s nets, with no middlemen involved.
We guarantee fresh, chemical-free, and safe seafood and river fish — handled with care from source to delivery.
5. What should I do if my order has a problem?
Please contact us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo or video if:

Any part of your order is missing
We’ll review your complaint and offer a refund or replacement if verified.
6. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer and are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

8. Can I return the fish if I don’t like the taste?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences.
