1. Product Types and Information
Fish Vally offers two types of products: Perishable and Non-Perishable. However, most items are perishable, such as fresh fish and seafood.
There may be slight variations in product photos, weight, or descriptions due to natural conditions.

2. Pricing and Price Updates
Product prices may change at any time based on market rates.
If the price changes after the order is confirmed, the customer will be informed, and the order will be processed only with their consent.

3. Order Placement and Delivery
Customers can place orders on Fish Vally at any time; there are no specific time restrictions.
Delivery time and date will be communicated during order confirmation.
Home delivery service is available within designated areas, and applicable delivery charges will be added at checkout.
Customers must be present at the specified address to receive the order.

4. Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:

  • bKash

  • Nagad

  • Rocket

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

For digital payments, payment confirmation must be provided. For COD, the full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

5. Return and Refund Policy
Returns for perishable products are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives spoiled or in poor condition

  • The wrong product or incorrect quantity is delivered

  • Part of the order is missing

Complaints must be made within 2 hours of delivery and must include photo or video evidence.
Upon verification and subject to stock availability, a refund or replacement will be provided.

6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to properly store fish or other perishable items after receiving them.
Complaints submitted after the 2-hour window will not be accepted.
False or misleading complaints may result in the suspension or cancellation of the customer's order.

7. Content and Copyright
All images, text, videos, logos, and other content on the website are owned by Fish Vally.
Copying or using any content without permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. Privacy Policy
Customer personal information is used only for order processing, delivery, and marketing communication (if consent is given).
Fish Vally never shares customer information with third parties under any circumstances.

9. Terms and Conditions Changes
Fish Vally reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any changes.

10. COD Policy for Inside and Outside Dhaka
Inside Dhaka: Customers can pay the full amount via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Outside Dhaka: Customers must pay at least 10% of the total order amount in advance at the time of order confirmation.
This advance must be paid via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.
The remaining amount can be paid through COD via courier.
Orders outside Dhaka will not be confirmed without the advance payment.
